All orders are processed within the time frame that is listed in the product description that you have ordered. Generally, we ask for a two-week TAT for all orders.
Shipping times vary by location, typically 3–10 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Once your order is handed off to the mail carrier, BRP is NO longer in control of any delays and inconveniences of the carrier. If this issue arises, please contact your carrier directly as followed by their policies.
It is important to note that we only ship midweek (Wednesdays and Thursdays). All orders that are placed will be shipped by their TAT on the following W/T that their order is complete.
At this time, Blue Ridge Pine does not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if there’s an issue with your order that’s our mistake (wrong item, defect, etc.), please reach out — we’re happy to work with you to make it right.
